Paul Brodsky Partner Dennis joined Pantera in 2018 as the Director of Trading. He previously was a Partner at Cambrian Capital, an investment firm focused on global energy and natural resources sectors, where he led the firm’s trading and operations. Prior to that, Dennis was the Controller at Menta Capital, a quantitatively-oriented investment firm. He also served as a unit manager at State Street, one of the world’s largest asset administrators. Dennis Chou Director of Trading Tom Rose joined Pantera Capital in 2025 as Senior Director of the Capital Formation team, where he focuses on business development and building relationships with U.S. investors. Most recently Tom was a Strategic Advisor at Rock Lake Advisors, a boutique private placement and capital advisory platform. Prior to Rock Lake Tom spent time in the fintech and digital asset space, most recently as Head of Capital Markets at Vesttoo, LTD, and Co-Head of Distribution at 3iQ Digital Assets.
