In 2013, Abhinav Asthana (Postman’s CEO and co-founder) simply couldn’t find a suitable product that solved API (application program interface) debugging, so he built a product that did. In 2014, he recruited his co-founders (Abhijit Kane and Ankit Sobti) and Postman was born in Bengaluru. Today over 25 million developers and 500,000 organizations, including 98 percent of the Fortune 500, rely on Postman’s API platform for building and using APIs.
