            About Us

            Vensana Capital® is a venture capital and growth equity investment firm dedicated to partnering with entrepreneurs who seek to transform healthcare with breakthrough innovations in medical technology.

            Vensana® was launched in 2019 by Justin Klein and Kirk Nielsen. Vensana® is actively investing in development and commercial stage companies across the medtech sector, including medical devices, data science-oriented solutions, life science tools & diagnostics, and tech-enabled services.

            With approximately $1 billion in capital under management, we recently closed our $425 million third fund and typically make commitments in the range of $15-50 million per company.

            We believe innovation in medtech is accelerating and presents one the most powerful ways we can both improve the quality of healthcare and reduce its cost in the U.S. and around the world.

            We seek to partner with entrepreneurs who share our vision and who expect us to contribute more to their mission than just our capital.
