We started The Westly Group in 2007 to invest in entrepreneurs transforming the world’s largest industries. We partner with startups focused on the digitization and sustainability of the energy, mobility, buildings, and industrial sectors that make up more than 50 percent of the world’s GDP.

Our firm invests in high-growth, capital-efficient businesses across energy, mobility, buildings, industrial technology, and cybersecurity.

Stage

We invest in Seed, Series A, B, and C rounds where we can support teams in unlocking commercialization and growth at critical inflection points.

Check Size

Our check size ranges from $500k-$15M, but we can be flexible and nimble depending on the round.

How We Invest

We believe companies should raise right-sized funding rounds to fit their needs. With our flexible check size and investment approach, we enable entrepreneurs to fine tune their funding rounds rather than raise capital driven by the deployment requirements of large VC funds.
